Personal Training Programs

Personal training is among the most efficient and effective ways to see results. Our trainers specialize in designing programs for moms, professionals, athletes, senior citizens and teens.

We offer a variety of programs that are sure to meet everyone’s needs. Our programs include: One-on-One, Semi Private, Small Group, One Size Smaller, Weight Loss Challenge , Aquatics and TRX training. Whether you’re a novice or a veteran exerciser, Toms River Fitness & Aquatic Center has a Certified Trainer to meet your needs. Our trainers work hand in hand with you and/or your group, guiding you towards meeting your goals and seeing results! 

 

PRIVATE TRAINING

55 minute workouts with a certified Personal Trainer who will develop, implement and individualize a program for you.

5 Sessions – $279

10 Sessions – $499

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

(10 Sessions)

Requires 2-4 people that can train at the same time and who have similar goals.

2 Clients – $729
3 Clients – $959
4 Clients – $1159
