metal machines and the feeling that everyone knows what they’re
doing – except you. We understand and will do everything we can
to make our Club, and your first fitness experience stress free.
All new members receive complimentary fitness
appointments with an experienced trainer. So you will feel comfortable
on your own, your coach will conduct a complete personal fitness evaluation
and take you through your custom designed aerobic and resistance training
program. Even after your evaluation and program completion, your trainer
will continue to assist you through re-evaluations and contact on the
fitness floor long after your initial appointments.
Additionally, if you want to include some of our many complimentary
Group Exercise Classes in your program, our Group Exercise Fitness Consultant
will help you incorporate the classes into your weekly schedule. Take
advantage of the professional assistance that is provided with every
